Ed Zebedee, special advisor to Deputy Minister, Government of Nunavut: I'm just really happy to see Coast Guard Auxiliary expanding out across Nunavut. they come from the Arctic and have connections in the Arctic and understand the people in places and that that's really important and it also makes a big difference to people in the community it's there are people helping them I think it's going to have a big impact especially between Jane and Churchill.

Peter Garapick, superintendent Arctic Search and Rescue, Canadian Coast Guard: It's just phenomenal what we can do the changes we can make and the impacts we can make in small isolated communities and they're the ones who talk to their friends their neighbors and their colleagues it you can't beat that

Tony Dias, unit leader, Canadian Coast Guard, Rankin Inlet: Lots of boats here there's always marine traffic between ships and everybody that's going out hunting another win we can pick up here in an instant if somebody broke down out there you want to be able to get out there and get them in a hurry.
