Acts, Regulations and Conventions

The new Radiocommunication Regulations replace the General Radio Regulations, Parts I and II, the Interference Causing Equipment Regulations and the Radio Operator Regulations. They provide for the necessary regulatory framework in which to manage the radio frequency spectrum.
