General Comments

Like its neighbour to the south, Bayfield can be a little tricky to enter by boat when the winds are high, but once inside, boats will have a myriad of choices for dockage and shoreside activity. Those on the south side will find easier access to the business areas at the top of the hill. Talk to the marina operators on the north side about the best way to get 'uptown'.

If you are touring by automobile, check out the downtown, just past Clan Gregor Square. The waterfronts are accessible by turning West on the roads immediately adjacent to both sides of the Bayfield River.
