General Comments
Leaving the confines of the St. Clair River by boat is an easy navigation task - as long as you use your compass, your log, your charts, and any electronic aids to verify that you are indeed headed for the open waters of Lake Huron - away from the shipping lanes - and on a heading to avoid the treacherous shallows of Kettle Point to the North.
Check out the harbour and waterfront areas by driving the river roads from downtown Sarnia, to and through the Point Edward waterfront area.
