This bulletin is produced and distributed on Thursday of each week during the navigation season.
Caution: It should be clearly understood that this information is a forecast of water levels which may be altered by short term hydro- meteorological factors. The vessel master or officer-in-charge has the ultimate responsibility for the vessel safety at all times.
