Half of the Canadian Coast Guard’s employees work on land, serving as the backbone of the agency. Positions are available throughout the 5 regions, Headquarters in Ottawa and the College in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Shore-based positions offer you competitive salaries and benefits. Salary starts at $38,000 and goes up to $113,000 at the highest level.
