Administration 

The Canadian Coast Guard is seeking young dynamic professionals in various fields such as finance, administration, planning, human resources, communication and information technology.

Depending on the field, you could be required to conduct analyses, research, consultations, participate in work groups, prepare various documents such as business plans, annual reports, investment strategies and a range of other tasks. 

In most cases, you will need to have a strong background in Microsoft Office and other related software.

Administration staff work a 37.5 hour week from Monday to Friday.

An administration position offers you competitive salaries and benefits. Salary starts at $38,000, and goes up to $97,000 at the highest level.

Pre-requisites for the above duty:

A high school diploma is the minimum requirement necessary to apply to an administration position within the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), as is the case with clerical positions. However, with many administration employment opportunities, positions will require post-secondary education.
