Levels of Service Review:  Responses to Client Comments

These CCG program links will provide you with responses to the requests and client comments received during the Levels of Service Review.  For ease of reference, we have organized the comments and our responses by CCG program area. Comments were also categorized into over 80 major groupings based on similarities and are posted accordingly under the relevant program. 

Some of the comments made during the review related to services or issues outside the responsibility of the CCG.  In these cases, we have worked with our colleagues in the appropriate government departments to develop responses. Any comments related to the responsibilities of other parts of CCG, such as Maritime Security, or other government departments can be found within the link "Outside of CCG Programs."
