This Canadian Coast Guard Strategic Human Resources Plan 2008/2011 covers a period of great change inside and outside the Coast Guard. Our capacity to adapt, both at the individual and organizational level, will be key to our success. Meeting the challenges outlined in this strategic plan will require strong leadership and a sustained commitment to making human resources management a priority.
