B.1 Navigational Charts, Notices To Mariners, Radio Aids, Lists Of Lights, And Sailing Directions

Under the Charts and Nautical Publications Regulations, 1995, made pursuant to the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, the person in charge of the navigation of a ship shall use the most recent edition of a chart that is issued officially by or on the authority of the Canadian Hydrographic Service.
